About the event
Hello all!
Sign up for Groups 1 & 2 halftime participation and instrument rental have closed so the field drill can be set, however band alumni are still welcome to sign up to be part of Group 3 (Field Recognition). If you have any questions, please reach out to us at homecoming@skiumah.org.
Note: Wristbands are REQUIRED to be allowed from the stadium into the marshalling area for halftime!
Reminder - performing Groups 1 & 2 start well before game time for rehearsal and Group 3 starts at game time!
Group 1 (Full Marching) - Group 1 membership involves MARCHING while performing.
Group 2 (Traditional Alumni Performers) - Group 2 membership involves counting steps onto the field, a turn, and a performing in place.
Group 3 (Field Recognition) - Meet before halftime and walk out on the field to be recognized (smile & wave) in front of the playing marching band and alumni members. We look forward to showing off our proud band alumni!
Note: Be sure to get your wristband to get onto the field!
Show Time! - For those participating in ANY group:
If you are attending the game, when there are 5 minutes left in the 2nd quarter be sure to already be on your way to where you received your wristband (elevator available)
If you are participating but not attending the game, be in the Marching Band Main Rehearsal Hall through the Pope County entrance before half-time. Note that there are ramps but no stairs to the field.
