About the event
All are welcome to join in the 50th Anniversary of Title IX - A Celebration of Women in the Marching Band! Tour the current facilities, watch the band rehearse, and view historical recordings, culminating in a panel discussion with alumni followed by a light reception.
- 3:45 - 4:15 Tour Huntington Bank Stadium & Marching Band Facility with the UMMB staff
- 4:15 - 6:00 Watch the Marching Band rehearsal on the field at the stadium
- 6:30 - 7:00 View historical videos & photos in the main rehearsal hall
- 7:00 - 8:00 Panel discussion with alumni in the main rehearsal hall (also available live via Zoom - register for webinar at http://z.umn.edu/womeninbandwebinar)
- 8:00 - 9:00 Light reception in the main rehearsal hall
Park in the Maroon lot for easy access to the Pope County Marching Band entrance near Gate B.
